Water Rinser
Washing by Clean Water
Cold water cup rinser
- The most normal cup rinsisng machine for cup packaging applicaitons.
- Uses cold water as the cleaning medium to rinse cups
- Ideal for rinsing cups with non-sticky or non-viscous liquids such as water, soda, or beer
- Water is typically supplied at room temperature or chilled
- Can be integrated with other equipment such as fillers or cappers to form a complete bottling line
Hot water cup rinser
- Uses hot water as the cleaning medium to rinse cups
- Ideal for rinsing cups with sticky or viscous liquids such as juices, syrups, or honey
- Water temperature can be controlled to suit the cleaning requirement of different products
- Can be integrated with other equipment such as fillers or cappers to form a complete bottling line
Air Rinser

Clean Air cup rinser
- Uses compressed filted air as the cleaning medium to rinse cups
- Ideal for rinsing cups with non-liquid products such as powders, pills, or capsules
- Can be used as a standalone equipment or integrated with other equipment such as filling machines or labeling machines
- Standard equipped with Vacuum to sucking the removed dust out
Ionizer cup rinser
- Uses ionized air as the cleaning medium to rinse cups
- Ideal for rinsing cups with non-liquid products such as powders, pills, or capsules. Or, for the containers cannot be washed with water for some applications.
- Removes static electricity and dust from cups during the cleaning process
- Standard equipped with Vacuum to sucking the removed dust out
- Can be used as a standalone equipment or integrated with other equipment such as filling machines or labeling machines
