Application:
The ED-FRDS series are special design by EDELSTEIN for fresh or long life products such as juice, drinking yogurt as well as milk, soybean milk package which should require high-temperature and high-pressure in autoclave as a long life beverage under room temperature. Machine is composed of filling, aluminum foil forming, and sealing 3-in-1 type functions
The structure includes equal-level filling, aluminum foil forming and sealing functions (3-in-1 model) with perfect integration into one unit as automation. The installed blowing device is for bubble free and accelerating filling speed. This machine could be well connected with auto-CIP washing system as auto- flushing circle as a full automation.
OutputRange:
Up to 7,200bottles per hour depending on the different filling products andbottle size.
The output capacity is adjustable from 250ml up to 2000 ml.
