Linear Type Bottle Rinsing Machine
The in-line bottle washing machine is designed for both glass and plastic bottles and features adjustable water spray devices to accommodate various bottle diameters.
It offers precise control over water pressure and washing time, allowing customization to meet specific cleaning needs.
The bottle holders securely grip each bottle, ensuring they remain firmly in place while being washed in an inverted position for thorough cleaning.

During the cleaning process, bottles are fed into the work area via a transfer conveyor, where they are clamped by a gripper station and rotated 180 degrees.
A flushing nozzle sprays clean water into the inverted bottles, thoroughly rinsing the inner walls. As the water flows out, the bottles are cleaned from the inside.
After a few seconds, once the cleaning is complete, the gripper station rotates the bottles 180 degrees back to their original upright position on the conveyor belt.
For specialized cleaning applications, appropriate additives can be mixed with the flushing medium to enhance the cleaning effect, such as achieving bacterial reduction.
